Shipping Practices:

Most credit card orders placed by 3 PM Central Time are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. The risk of loss for the items in your order passes to you (the purchaser) at the time of delivery to the third party delivery service provider. We require complete and accurate street addresses and postal codes to assure prompt delivery to you. We are unable to guarantee against delayed, lost, or spoiled shipments in cases where an inaccurate address has been provided.  WESTWARD PARTS will not be responsible if additional shipping charges accrue because of incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a problem with a shipping address is discovered, we will attempt to contact the purchaser and correct the problem quickly.
 
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Canadian Shipping Rates:

Shipments will processed using Fed Ex Ground courier unless your address is a PO box or rural address. For those shipments, item(s) can be picked up at your Local WESTWARD PARTS Dealer.

Shipment times for Fed Ex Ground is 1-6 days in Western Canada and 3-6 days east of Ontario. The number of days and final cost required for order processing and delivery, is estimated, but is not guaranteed. Orders to small centers or remote locations may require extra shipping time. In addition, extreme weather conditions and seasonal peaks may cause delivery delays.

International Shipping:

We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
