Shipping, Handling & Applicable Tax Information
Shipping, handling and applicable taxes are calculated based on the item total and shipping destination, and are included in the "Shipping, Handling and Applicable Taxes" charge. This charge is a reimbursement for costs Westward Parts Ltd. incurs when shipping your orders accross Canada. Costs include shipping fees paid to carriers as well as federal and provincial taxes paid on your behalf when your shipment is delivered to various Provinces throughout Canada. For shipments to certain postal codes including, but not limited to, those in the province of Saskatchewan and the cities of Hull, Quebec and Hawkesbury, Ontario, the recipient will be required to remit PST to their respective taxing authority. The shipping, handling and applicable taxes charge will not appear in the shopping cart until after you have entered a shipping destination. Shipping to Alternate Addresses
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, please contact your credit card company and add the alternate address to your records. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx or DHL location, call one of our customer service agents at (403) 347-2200. Please note that we do not ship to United States addresses from our Canadian site. If you wish to ship an item to the United States, please contact us at info@westwardparts.com.
Secure Shipments
For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Westward Parts Ltd. orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx or DHL. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
